Rosebud Mowers & Chainsaws

At Rosebud Mowers & Chainsaws, we aim to provide clear and reliable shipping options across Australia. Please review the information below carefully before placing your order.


Order Handling Time

All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Handling time includes order verification, packing, and dispatch preparation. You will receive confirmation once your order has been shipped or is ready for collection.


Shipping Methods & Couriers

We use a range of trusted carriers depending on the size, weight, and destination of your order, including:

  • Australia Post

  • TNT

  • CouriersPlease

  • Large freight and depot-based couriers

Shipping times vary depending on the courier and your location but are typically 5–8 business days after dispatch.

Please note: delivery timeframes are estimates only and may be affected by regional location, depot availability, weather events, or peak freight periods.


Pallet & Bulky Item Deliveries

Due to size and weight restrictions:

  • Palletised items are shipped to a local freight depot for customer collection.

  • Bulky or oversized products are also sent to a local depot for collection.

  • We utilise major freight and Australia-wide depot networks to ensure safe handling of large equipment.

Customers will be contacted by the courier or our team once the item has arrived at the nominated depot.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Collect the item within the depot’s required timeframe

  • Ensure suitable transport and loading capability for collection


Click & Collect

Click & Collect is available from our store location during business hours. You will be notified when your order is ready for pickup.


Husqvarna Products

Due to manufacturer distribution requirements:

Husqvarna products are available for Click & Collect only.
In some cases, local delivery or installation may be arranged directly through our store. Please contact us at 03 5985 2503 before purchasing to discuss available options.


Incorrect Address & Failed Collections

If an item is returned due to:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided at checkout, or

  • Failure to collect from the nominated depot within the required timeframe,

Any additional freight, storage, or re-delivery costs will be the responsibility of the customer.


Authority to Leave

Authority to Leave is at the discretion of the courier and may not be available for palletised or high-value items. Rosebud Mowers & Chainsaws is not responsible for items once delivered where Authority to Leave has been granted.
